Survey and furniture list
We visit, or work from photos and a list, to count desks, pedestals, storage, tables and chairs, check how bench desking is fixed, and look at lifts, loading bays and access at both sites. You get a clear plan and a custom quote.
Floor plan and labelling
Share the new floor plan and we agree a labelling system with you, so every desk, pedestal and storage unit has a destination. Furniture going to storage or clearance is marked separately.
Dismantling
Ask staff to clear desks and either empty or lock pedestals and storage before we arrive. We then dismantle desks, frames and tables, bag and label fixings, and protect worktops, glass and screens before anything is moved.
The move
Furniture moves by lift or stairs on trolleys with floors, lifts and corners protected, then is loaded and secured in the van. Moves between floors in the same building often don’t need a van at all.
Reassembly and clearance
We rebuild furniture to the floor plan, check desks are level and stable, and take away packaging. Unwanted items go to storage or are cleared, with reuse or recycling where practical.
