We clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, insides of cupboards and the fiddly bits that fail inspections. Combine it with your removal or house clearance and you can hand back keys knowing the place looks cared for.

What landlords and agents check at move-out
At check-out, the property is compared against the check-in inventory, room by room. The usual reasons for deposit deductions are cleaning ones: grease inside the oven and extractor, limescale on taps, shower screens and toilets, dust on skirting boards and the tops of doors, marks on kitchen cupboard fronts and dirt left inside cupboards and drawers.
Our clean focuses on those areas first. Get your check-in inventory out before the clean and tell us if anything was noted as particularly clean or new, such as carpets or the oven, so we can add the right extras.

How to prepare for an end of tenancy clean
The property needs to be empty, with electricity and hot water still on — we can’t clean properly without them. Empty and defrost the fridge and freezer the day before so they can be cleaned dry, and take everything out of cupboards, including the bathroom cabinet.
If you’re moving with us, we’ll schedule the clean after the van leaves. Allow time between the clean and the check-out so you can walk round and check the work.
What a clean can and can’t fix
Cleaning removes dirt, grease, limescale and surface marks. It can’t fix damage — burns, holes, scuffed paintwork that needs redecorating, broken fittings or deep stains in carpets — and long-established mould may need treatment beyond a clean. Your deposit is held in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme, and disputes about deductions are handled through that scheme rather than by the cleaner.
