Can you clear a property I’m not living in?

Do you combine clearance with a move?

House clearance for Plymouth

Phi Movers is based in London, around 215 miles from Plymouth. We specialise in moves between Plymouth and London and long-distance UK moves, and confirm availability for local Plymouth jobs when you request a quote.

Plymouth moves often involve naval and military families, students and people relocating to the far South West from London. Removals in Plymouth are long-distance jobs that we plan carefully around the hills and the journey time.

What we clear in Plymouth

Whole houses and flats, single rooms, lofts, garages, sheds and gardens. Furniture, white goods, boxes and general household items are all included — tell us about anything unusual, such as paint, chemicals or building waste, before the day so we can confirm what we can take.

Items in good condition are separated for reuse or donation where possible, and the rest is sorted for recycling and responsible disposal rather than sent straight to landfill.

How house clearance pricing works in Plymouth

Clearance is priced from the volume of items, how easy they are to carry out and the distance from London. Send photos of each room and we’ll give you a fixed price for your Plymouth clearance before we book.

What’s included

Full or partial property clearances
Furniture, appliances and general household items removed
Careful carrying down stairs and through tight access
Responsible disposal and recycling where possible
Fixed price based on volume and access
Public liability cover for the job

Moving in Plymouth — local notes

Victorian terraces in Mutley and Stoke, naval and military housing, student lets and waterfront flats at the Barbican and Royal William Yard.

Plymouth is hilly with many steep terraced streets, which can make loading slower.
