Is a man with a van in Horley cheaper than van hire?

For most small moves it works out similar or cheaper once you count fuel, insurance and your own time — and the driver does the lifting with you.

What size van do you use?

Most bookings use a Luton van, which fits roughly a studio or one-bed flat. Smaller jobs may get a medium van.

Do you do rubbish and house clearance in Horley?

Yes. House clearance starts from £120, and we can combine it with a move, so unwanted items are cleared before the van is loaded.

Moving in Horley — local notes

Edwardian and inter-war houses near the centre, 1960s and 70s estates, and large new developments on the north-west and north-east edges of town.

Roads are mostly flat and easy for a van. Traffic around the Gatwick approaches and the A23 can be heavy, and some new-build streets have allocated parking only, so tell us where we can stop.
